说明：

阿里山茶区含括了阿里山公路石桌。顶湖茶区、巃头、隙顶茶区和太和达邦茶区。气侯凉冷，早晚云雾笼罩，平均日照短，滋味甘醇滑润带活性。主要散布于海拔一千公尺到一千八百公尺，为台湾精制高山茶代表区域。也是最重要，最大量的高山茶区。为高山茶入门茶区。

产地：台湾省嘉义县阿里山

原料：精选金萱茶叶

保存方法：避免存放于高温多湿或阳光直射的地方

冲泡方法：

1.茶具用沸腾之开水冲洗加温后放入适量之茶叶，再以沸水冲泡即可。

2.一次的茶叶，可依个人的喜好连续冲泡数次。

3.使用陶土制之茶具冲泡，其风味更佳。
